    Led by Dr. Mark Chupp, our planning partner from the CWRU Community Innovation Network, national violence prevention experts Dr. Barksdale, presenting the Anti-Fragility framework he developed at University Hospitals (now at University of Chicago), Zequa Tookes, from the Rochester, NY, Office of Violence Prevention, and Ed Dabkowski, Begun Center for Violence Prevention will share their research.

    Join us for a free community training, where residents will be introduced to the concepts of mental health first aid, a groundbreaking public education program that  helps the public identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Led by Chyrel Oates, from the CWRU Prevention Research Center for Healthy Neighborhoods.

    Join us for a conversation with Euclid high school students and young adults who will share their experiences and insights related to the impact of community violence and its solutions.     Before we can plan, we have to learn! This event will feature a chance for Euclid residents to connect with people and programs that can be a part of our plan to create a shared vision for health and safety in our community. Kids are welcome. No cost to attends. Food, prizes and fun will help make our learning easier!
